Consent Form for the Processing of Personal Data
According to Article 6.1 (a) of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), I hereby declare that, having been informed in simple and clear language about the personal data and the manner and purpose of their processing by the limited partnership company PANAGIOTIS KECHAGIAS & CO EE, trading as think ID CONSULTING STUDY, I give my consent for the processing of personal data for the following purposes:

The management of the electronic platform ependyseis.gr and any other relevant information system for submitting new applications to Co-funded Programs, modification of Technical Annex, submission of Expense Certification requests, submission of objections – appeals, and submission of inquiries. |
| 2. Communication with the company’s accountant regarding the exchange of tax data, payroll files, issuance of tax and insurance clearance certificates, printing registry data, etc. |
3. The management of the electronic platform taxisnet for the purposes of participation in Co-funded Programs and/or their implementation. |
4. Information, promotion, and commercial communication of products and services through automated means (e.g., via telephone, SMS, MMS, email, and internet applications) by the company PANAGIOTIS KECHAGIAS & CO EE. |
| 5. Storage and processing of personal data necessary for participation in Co-funded Programs (e.g., identity and tax information, etc.). |
According to Article 9 (2) (a) of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), having read the privacy policy provided by the company, I freely give my consent for the processing of special categories of personal data (sensitive data) for the purpose of consulting and study services.
It is noted that refusal or withdrawal of consent may make it impossible to perform the study supporting participation in co-funded programs, as processing of personal data for the aforementioned purposes will not be possible.
